Connect Serviqs to the Tools You Use Every Day

Serviqs is built as an open, flexible platform — ready to connect with the tools that drive your business. Whether it’s syncing your contacts, sending invoices to your accounting system, or navigating to a customer site, Serviqs is designed to integrate smoothly with leading apps and services.

While the platform already supports core capabilities like internal scheduling, document management, and email communication, its architecture allows for powerful external integrations through secure APIs. Here’s what’s currently available — and what’s coming next.

Available & Upcoming Integrations

Google Workspace & Microsoft 365

  • Contacts: Import customer contacts directly from Google Contacts (available).

  • Calendars: Internal calendar support only — future sync with Google Calendar and Outlook is planned.

  • Files: Upload files natively within Serviqs; future integration with Google Drive and OneDrive planned.

All of these integrations can be enabled through the official Google and Microsoft APIs — already supported by Serviqs’ backend architecture.

QuickBooks & Xero

Automatic invoice and job-data synchronization are not yet available, but Serviqs already manages invoices internally.
Future integration will allow direct transfer of billing data, clients, services, and timesheets through secure API connections to accounting systems.

 Planned for a future release.

Maps & Navigation Apps

Job location mapping is already integrated through Serviqs’ internal Tech Map and Route Planner.
Next step: one-click navigation buttons that open job addresses directly in Google Maps or Waze from the app interface.

Quick and easy integration already in progress.

CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Customer management is currently handled internally.
Upcoming integrations will allow two-way syncing of customer data, service histories, and communication records between Serviqs and your CRM
system.

Planned API integration for advanced data sync.

Slack, WhatsApp & Email

  • WhatsApp: Manual messaging (e.g., reminders or chat initiation) is available via the device’s native app.

  • Email: Built-in email sending is active using Serviqs’ core service.

  • Notifications: Internal real-time notifications and chat are supported. Automated external notifications (to Slack or WhatsApp) will be added soon using APIs such as Twilio or Slack Webhooks.

Automatic alerts, reminders, and live updates are part of the upcoming communication suite.
